Which countries can I send books to?

We ship worldwide, except to Russia. Shipping to Poland typically requires a Polish phone number. Shipping to the US is currently difficult due to import duties.

We deliver by mail and courier services.

Parcels by mail are usually more cost-effective for lightweight orders up to 2 kg.

Heavier parcels are better shipped by courier: it's faster and cheaper per book.

How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered?

Parcels over 2 kg take a long time to arrive, up to 2 months. Lighter parcels are delivered in 1-2 weeks.

Courier parcels are typically delivered within 4-6 days.

If your parcel has been missing for an extended period, please check the tracking page (a link to it should be sent to you by email). If in doubt, please contact us using any convenient method.

Not everything arrived or the wrong thing arrived - what to do?

Is there free shipping?

Yes. In Poland, we offer free delivery to Orlen parcel terminals for orders over 150 PLN, and free courier delivery for orders over 250 PLN.

Payment information

What payment methods are available?

We accept bank cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Blik.

How to pay from Belarus?

Not all cards work, but BelSwissBank and Priorbank cards worked. There may be others. If all else fails, ask friends to pay for your purchase from another country.

Is it safe to pay through the website?

Transactions on our website are processed through the international and secure Stripe system. We do not store or see your card details or passwords.

I paid and didn't receive confirmation. What should I do?

We process all orders manually, meaning your receipt and payment confirmation will only be sent to you after we've verified your order is in order. This usually takes about an hour, except at night when we're sleeping.

Sometimes confirmation and other emails end up in spam—please check.

What currency can I pay in?

All prices on the website are listed in Polish zloty. However, if you have a card in a different currency, the order cost will be converted to your currency according to your bank's terms and conditions.
