1. Right of Withdrawal (zwrot – odstąpienie od umowy)

  • If you purchase a product as a consumer (a natural person not making the purchase for professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must send a notification to the email address zamova@gutenbergpublisher.eu specifying your order number and your wish to return the goods.

  • The goods you are returning must be sent no later than 14 days from the date you sent the withdrawal notification.

2. Product Return Conditions

  • The product must be complete and show no signs of use.

  • Return of books is only possible if they are undamaged and unused (e.g., without any writing, stains, or creases).

  • Board games must be sealed or fully preserved in their original packaging.

  • The buyer bears the costs of return delivery, unless the product was faulty or damaged upon delivery.

3. Refund

  • After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund all payments received from you (including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery at the time of purchase — if the entire order is returned) within 14 days from the date we received your withdrawal notification.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.

4. Complaints (Complaint for a faulty product)

  • If the received product is damaged, incomplete, or has a manufacturing defect, please write to us at zamova@gutenbergpublisher.eu with a description of the problem and photos of the damage.

  • We undertake to respond to the complaint within 14 days and, in the case of a positive review:
    • send a new product, or

    • issue a refund, or

    • propose an alternative solution agreed with you.
