The fresh voice of the young generation of Belarusian intellectuals sounds in Viktoryja Tryfanava’s poetry. The metasplot of the book is formed by the search for current meanings in eternal themes, in the magical sound of ancient incantations, in the latest trends of thought and art and, of course, in personally experienced pain, hope and love. Viktoryja Tryfanava is a graduate of the School of Young Writers “W/Rights” (poetry and translation department, 2021), a participant in the feminist writing labs “Rasciažeńnie” (2022), “Karani/Leaves” (2023). She has published poems and translations in the journals “TAUBIN” (2023), “U¯” (2022), “Flags” (2022), “Dziejas³ou” (2021), collective volumes “Rasciažeńnie” (2022), “Karani/Leaves” (2024) and the zine “Fihury zamoučvańnia” (2023).
